Apron Floodlight Survey
No matter the size of the aerodrome or the floodlight system at the aerodrome the illuminance of floodlights is required to meet regulatory standards. These standards are to ensure that the light being projected by the floodlights is covering enough area as well as averaging bright enough across the entire apron for planes to safely park on the lit apron.
AGL Control and Monitoring Systems
Queensland Airport Lighting takes the customers requirements for AGL control and monitoring and tailor the system to best suit our customers’ requirements.
GPS/GIS Interactive Maintenance System Software
Queensland Airport Lighting developed this software application as an interactive platform for Aerodrome Reporting Officers, to Activate, Monitor, and receive fault notifications for the Airport Lighting Systems, Security Systems, CCTV, and any other system the aerodrome operator may want to put on their tablet, smart phone, or smart devices.
AGL Maintenance Planning and Monitor
Queensland Airport Lighting can design a full AGL maintenance plan for your aerodrome and complete the scheduled maintenance with our experienced and qualified team providing the aerodrome operator with a report of damaged and non-compliant items.
Pit and Duct Construction
Aside from being a much safer option, the pit and duct system is more operator friendly and creates easier access to the circuits that are running around the airfield. Queensland Airport Lighting is a one stop shop for construction of the pit and duct system with all our own machinery and equipment to complete the system you won’t have to worry about the extra costs of hiring machinery.
Primary Circuit Testing and Evaluation
This could be the answer to many problems arising across AGL items. Queensland Airport Lighting has all the required equipment to safely and accurately test the primary circuits insulation resistance. QAL can provide one shot testing, time resistance test and circuit leakage trending tests that will give you information as to weather circuit testing results are safe and within compliant levels.
AGL New Facility Construction & Full AGL Upgrades on Existing Facilities

Technical Auditing
The technical audits are an objective analysis and examination of the AGL systems and procedures in place at your aerodrome. The audit is designed to confirm the extent to which the aerodrome is compliant with the MOS 139 (standards). The audits are conducted with multiple steps to ensure the most accurate, objective and reliable results.
